Live a Balanced Life to Be Happy

We all have some preferences in our life. Some prefer family, some prefer career. Some prefer tea and some prefer coffee (OK, Milk too). Some of our preferences come from what make us happy. While some we inherit from people around us. It’s all right if you are satisfied with it and doing well in all areas of your life.

But there are some, who dedicate their time only to selected things. For example, you go to the office and dedicate yourself to work. After some time you are not interested anymore, but still working on it. Why, because you have such an image there. You set a standard for hard work and dedication.

But my dear a little break never hurts. We are humans, not machines. There is no use of throwing life consistently in things you don’t like at all. Yes, I know you make a living out of it. But you can do it with fun as well. Keep the balance and give time for everything in life according to its importance.

We always have lists of things in our mind. Things that we want to do in our life span. We always complain that we don’t have much time. We know better that its 24 hour everyone gets in a day. But all depends on how we use it. One is happy if one is satisfied. And one is satisfied, if he is able to do most of the things he wants to do. It is very important to identify the boundary of everything you want to do in term of the timeline. So that everything get time that it deserves. Give some time to your career and some of your hobbies. Give some time to your family and some to improve your future.

Just think if you are doing well in your career, but not able to plan an adventure tour you want to plan since last year. Think if you are doing good at the job, but your family complains that you don’t have time for them. When was the last time you have taken care of your health.
