Positive Vibrations (Part 1): How it affect us

This beautiful world is full of vibrations. We can feel it anytime. Right now how you are feeling, mostly depend on the kind of vibration around you. Most of the powerful vibrations come from human being. Each of our thoughts, each of our feeling create vibrations.

Depending on the quality of thought, there can be positive vibration or negative vibration. We feel happy or sad in each other company depending upon what kind of vibration one has. That is why with some people we always feel happy, even if they are not so close to us. While we don’t found our self enjoying in company of someone who is even closest to us. It is all because of their (negative) vibrations.

We can easily relate them in our daily life. Do you remember some people, wherever they go happiness follow. These are people who always see the positive aspect of everything. They are full of positive vibrations. They enjoy their life no matter what happens. They see glass half full instead of half empty. Sometimes we think they are not so serious about life, but they are actually enjoying their life most of the time. Even we also feel delighted with them, because their positive vibrations affect us.

There are people also, who always complain that their life is not so well. They criticize others all the time. They see negative first in everything, thus create negative vibrations. We never feel happy with them. But if they are around us, even if we don’t realize we become one of them. And if we have positive people around us, we become the same because we start becoming what happening around us.

It is very important to associate with the people you actually like. Live your life in a way you want, not in a way people expecting you to live. A positive vibration always attracts positive results in life.

How to ensure positive vibrations around you:

  1. Stay away from negative people: Always take care of your surroundings and stay away from people who see always negative in you. No matter what you attempt, first they tell you negative about that thing. You should rather stay alone, instead of keeping with the people who keep you to the ground when you want to fly. Of course it is not easy, but you have to do it.
  2. Look for Positive Vibrations: Always be up-to-date with the things around you that can have positive impact on you. Create happy moments. Go for a good movie, keep listening inspirational music and keep reading good articles. Look for the upcoming seminar in your area that excites you.
  3. Meet with the new people: We always feel happy when meet with new people. Keep making new friends, you will definitely find some with lot of positive vibes that can make your life far better.
